Join Our Network: Drive the Tire Economy Forward

Tennessee’s tire economy doesn’t move without the right people behind it.

As Traxion’s network expands, so does the opportunity to be part of something bigger than a single route or a single market. Our team members are the operational backbone of the Traxion Tire LifeCycle Network — from the drivers handling collection logistics, to the facility and processing crews keeping volume moving, to the operations staff ensuring every load reaches its next use. Whether you’re new to the industry or ready for a career with real staying power, here’s what you need to know: the qualifications, the impact, and what it means to build a future inside the Traxion Tire LifeCycle Network.

Why Work With Traxion

At Traxion, the work is real and so is the purpose behind it. We’re building a smarter, cleaner tire economy across the state and beyond, and the people who make that possible deserve more than just a paycheck. That means a culture built on respect, accountability, and genuine teamwork, where everyone is held to the same standard and supported to meet it. It means clear pathways from entry-level roles into leadership, with growth that moves at your pace and on your terms. And it means knowing that every tire you move, process, or route stays in circulation — keeping our communities cleaner and our neighbors on the road.

If you’re looking for work that means something, and a team that takes our mission seriously, this is where you start.

Now Hiring: Box Truck Drivers in Tennessee

Traxion is actively expanding its driver network across Tennessee, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals ready to play a direct role in the state’s tire economy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license — no CDL required — and be at least 18 to 21 years of age. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. We’re looking for individuals who can load, secure, and transport tires safely and efficiently, and who bring reliability and punctuality to every shift, whether working independently or as part of a crew. You’ll drive a box truck on assigned Tennessee routes, collecting used tires from our tire shop partners during scheduled and on-demand routes, or delivering wholesale tires to our distribution partners.

What We Offer

  • Traxion offers competitive weekly pay and consistent route schedules across Tennessee. This is a home-every-night position — no long hauls, no extended time away from family. Paid training and onboarding are included from day one, benefits are available, and for those ready to grow, a clear path toward advancement exists within our network.

Your Work, Tennessee’s Future

Every route a Traxion driver runs is more than a pickup and a drop-off. It’s a link in a supply chain that keeps Tennessee’s tire economy moving cleanly and efficiently.

Tires collected through our network don’t end up in illegal dump sites or overwhelmed landfills. Instead, they move through the Traxion Tire LifeCycle Network into processing, wholesale distribution, and Tire Derived Fuel supply chains that serve industrial partners across the region.

That means every load you move has a destination, a purpose, and a measurable outcome. The work is physical, but the footprint is far-reaching.

Traxion’s mission doesn’t stop at the yard gate. As our network grows, so does our ability to invest in the communities we operate in — supporting local nonprofits, backing community-focused initiatives, and expanding job opportunities across the region. We’ve already begun putting that commitment into action, including a recent box truck donation to the Campbell County Board of Education’s School Nutrition Department to help ensure students across the district have reliable access to healthy meals.

At Traxion, the work you do every day creates a direct, tangible contribution to Tennessee and to the communities we’re all a part of.

Together, we move more than tires. We drive real change.

Grow With Us

Traxion’s career tracks are designed to move with you. Entry-level roles inside the Traxion Tire LifeCycle Network are a starting point, not a ceiling, with clear steps toward operations, route management, and leadership for team members who perform well and invest in their own growth. As our network expands across Tennessee, so do the opportunities available to the people inside it.

Not every opportunity requires a perfect record — it requires the right attitude. Traxion is proud to offer second chance employment to individuals looking to re-enter the workforce with purpose and stability. We provide the structure, the mentorship, and the support needed to make that transition successful.
